How to connect Eduncy to Wazzup

Follow this step-by-step guide to integrate your Eduncy CRM with Wazzup and start using WhatsApp for communication.

Set up the Eduncy integration

1. Don’t have a Wazzup account or haven’t signed up yet, register at wazzup24.com.

2. After registration, log in to your Wazzup dashboard and go to “Channels”.

3. Click Add Channel and choose the platform you want to connect. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account (WABA). Once connected, your number will appear in the channel list.

All chats from connected channels will be visible in both Wazzup and Eduncy. If you’re using a personal account, private messages may become visible to your team. For testing, we recommend using a shared (work) profile and limiting access.

4. In your Wazzup account, open the “Integration with CRM” tab → select Eduncy.

5. Enter your Eduncy CRM URL.

6. Click “Add” — you’ll be redirected to the Eduncy login page.

7. Log in using your admin account credentials.

8. Click Sign in to authorize the connection.

9. That’s it!

Eduncy is now connected to Wazzup. You can send and receive WhatsApp messages directly from your CRM.
